World Spay Day Yappy Hour
Tuesday, February 28, 2012, from 5 pm to 8 pm
Held at the Appalachian Brewing Company, 3721 Market Street, Camp Hill, PA, CPAA is holding the public awareness/fundraising event in conjunction with “World Spay Day 2012,” an annual campaign of the Humane Society of the United States to encourage people to spay and neuter their pets and feral cats.
Highlights include dinner and drink specials, celebrity bartenders, musical entertainment, raffles, a 50/50 drawing, pictures of adoptable animals and information on fostering dogs and cats. All proceeds from the event will help fund CPAA’s spay/neuter programs, which proactively address pet overpopulation in the Central Pennsylvania area.
